What were Theodore Roosevelt's Flaws?

There wasn't enough money for the government to function properly.Theodore Roosevelt had raised taxes and that had created a downfall on economic service. After the building of the Panama Canal transport had risen there. Citizens paid to cross in and out through the Panama Canal. The Canal was a success. The government had enough money now to provide more services and keep taxes low too.
