To reset the phone passWord, first power off the phone and then remove the SIM card. Next, power the phone back on and go to menu and then settings. From settings go to connectivity, and scroll down to USB and select ask on connection. Next select Samsung Kies from the list that appears, once done return to the home screen. Connect the phone via USB to your computer and wait while the drivers are installed. Once installed, click on Read unlock codes and the unlock codes will appear. Disconnect the phone and type in the code into the phone.
