No. The Order of Illuminati died in 1785. The US dollar was first minted in 1928 when it was issued as a Silver Certificate. It has remained essentially unchanged since the first issue of the small sized notes (other than ink colors and other minor differences). All of the images depicted on the US one dollar bill have a rich history, but none of it is connected to the Illuminati.
