Is it normal for a staffing agency to ask for uemployment benefit pay stubs?

Not really enough information is supplied with which to answer. Are you actually an employee of the staffing agency? Do you rely on the staffing agency to prepare and issue you an accurate W-2? Have you actually asked the agency WHY they want the information?
