What can you do besides eatting ice and taking medicine to get the swelling to go down after you get your tongue pierced?

i got my tongue peirced 2 weeks on Thursday and i had no swelling .. just take strong ibrobrophen or paracetamol and youll be fine just listen to your peircer about how to care for it and don't eat solids for the first 2 days and that will cause more swelling :)
