There is no Jewish 'festival' that celebrates the birth of anyone ... ancient, historical,
or modern.
In Jewish life, the date of any significant individual's death is commemorated, by his children
and his extended family, and by those he might have taught or influenced while he lived. But
there is no such occasion on the calendar to recall Moses. Neither the time of his death nor
the location of his grave is known.
