Did Jesus die for every body only the elect in the world?

Jesus died for every single human being who has ever existed, who exists now, and who ever will exist. However, this does not mean that all will go to heaven because some people will deliberately reject Jesus' salvation.

Salvation is offered to all, but not all will accept it.
