How do you ask you parents if your boyfriend can come over?

well if they know about ur boyfriend u say "mom dad can my um boyfriend come over we wont do anything we will just study with the door open (you can do what ever but they have to see the doors open then close it). If ur parents don't know u say can my friend that's a boy come over and we study with me, we are just friends i promise. (when he comes u go up in ur room)
