How do you change the water pump on a 97 Concorde with the timing belt in the way?

Sorry to tell you this, timing belt removal is a must before removing the water pump. If the belt has around 60,000 to 100,000 miles, it needs to be replace anyway and might as well do it since it's right there in front of you. At a garage, probably cost you $500.00 and up.
