What does the term displaced anteriorly and medially mean?

Displaced means to be moved and in medical terms anterior or anteriorly means forward or in front and the term medially means towards the middle or the mid-line of the body. In simple english the tissue or part of the body that is being spoken of was moved forward and inward or toward the middle of the body
