Is it true there is a picture of saladin in every mason hall?

No. Some Masonic Halls might have a picture of Saladin in connection with the Shriners (who like to use symbolism derived from the Muslim or Arabic world), but certainly not all. Few Masonic Halls have pictures of any person other than Past Masters of the Lodges that meet there.
