How do you know if you love yourself?

Look at yourself in the mirror and be proud of everything, every part of your personality that makes you... YOU! Please remember, you are a unique, wonderful, special human being, you are simply great ! Remember too that you have a right to all your various human emotions, happiness, sadness, anger and so on. There is nothing wrong with having feelings, that's what being human is. No matter what you look like, no matter what your personality is, no matter what your interests or talents are, you are wonderfully made, and so so special !
