What is stronger Hydrocodone 10-325 or 10-650?

Both doses have the same narcotic value of 10mg which is the strongest; however, the other # is your tylenol ratio. The 650s have more tylenol so to be honest you want to stick with the 10-325 so they will be easier on your liver. Extended tylenol use can severely damage your liver.
