My development plan is monitored through regular progress reviews, which assess milestones and performance metrics against set objectives. Feedback from peers and supervisors is also collected to identify areas for improvement. Updates are made as needed based on these evaluations, ensuring the plan remains aligned with evolving goals and priorities.
