What are some dress code ideas for a James Bond Themed Casino party?

Tuxedos with bow ties for the men with very shiny lace-up black shoes, or failing that '60s yachting-style dress of black or navy blue blazers with matching trousers (or 'slacks' as you say in the US), and thin roll-top white sweaters, and yachtsman's peaked caps. For the women, two-piece Jackie Kennedy-style dress suits with pillbox hats, or elegant off-the-shoulder evening dresses with small thin straps, and '60s hairdos (i.e. bouffon, 'flick-ups', or modest piled hair, like Tippi Hedren's hairstyle in the Hitchcock film 'The Birds'). Guys and women could have long elegant cigarette-holders, and the women could have small purse-style bags.
