What animals live in Wawa Ontario?

After living in the Wawa/Sault Ste.Marie area for more than 12 years, I can tell you that wildlife is abundant. The area is prime for moose, black bear, beaver, fox, weasels, skunk and porcupine. Ducks geese and grouse are also plentiful.

There are a few local farms that raise domestic animals such as cows, horses, pigs, sheep and chickens.
