Why do i feel i am not good enough for him?

Either:_

you think he's too good for you, and you feel this as you being not good enough for him.

Or,

he's giving off subtle hints that you're not in the same league as he is.... does he correct your grammar, not let you meet his friends/family, talk down to you?
