you will be sore for about 5-10 days depending on what type of extration you had. the tissue will fill in almost completely in the socket in about 2-4 weeks. it will take the bone under the tissue a little longer to regenerate. (if your pain doesn't go away with pain meds. you need to be seen by your dr. or sergon to place medicated dressing in the socket(s)
