How do you play clow cards?

you need the clow cards, and when or if u get them, they explain how in a little bookie thingie u can buy them at ur normal anime store, for 14.99, yes in 2012, i got mine in 2011, but they got shipped her in early 2012.... it was the star cards, but they work just the same, dont buy them on sites like ebay, cause they r over priced. me and my sister played war with them, its fun, i u can play pretty much any game with them, but u gotta modify the rules a bit
