Is there any persone that is a werewolf?

Well there are many myths and movies that state that in the full moon a werewolf will appear and transform a person into a raging monster, I for one do not believe in this because I have learned about genes, and chromosomes and it is impossible for people to give birth to a half beast and mankind. Of course this is just a scientific guess but i would not worry about it. My conclusion is no there is not.
