What are the Disadvantages of living in warm climate?

Although temperate climates characteristically offer considerably mild winters and warm summers, they do suffer rarely, as do any climate, from extreme conditions such as flooding around natural bodies of water, drought, super freezes and, most commonly, densely hot summers or punishingly cold winters. As the main advantage of being a stable climate in temperate zones stands, however, these conditions are not typical to occur.
