Where in pasay city is the Philippine red cross located?

It is located nearby MRT Taft Station. Just ride in a jeepney going along Nichols/ Baclaran. Inform the driver to remind you if the Jeep reached Red Cross Pasay Chapter. RC, by the way, is in front of Post Office. RC has this big Red Cross monument.
