Is it illegal if a 21 year old gets a 16 year old pregnant in the state of kansas?

The sex is legal since the age of consent is 16 in Kansas but if her parents think you are too old they can press charges and the judge just might think that this was not right by a 21yo and raise the age of consent to 18. Then it would be statutory rape.
