I have the iPod touch and I have apps for it in my iTunes things but how do you get them on your iPod and how do you get to it?

plug your iPod in and open iTunes. when the screen comes up click sync. if this doesnt work go to songs and check all. to say that you want them. then press sync as for apps go to applications and check all. again then press sync please give recommendation points thx
