There is not set amount of weight you will lose. It depends entirely on the individual (meaning how much you weigh, your gender, etc.) The fact is, however, that the "diet" your describing is a sure way to either A) end up very sick from lack of nutrients or B) end up losing very little weight and/or gaining weight because you will simply overeat throughout said "diet" because your body is, quite simply, starving. I'm a vegeterian, so I've cut meat entirely out of my diet. *But* I compensate for the lack of protein which leads me to my next point... Cutting bread, meet, and cheese out of your meals is *not* a good way to loose weight unless you compensate for their nutritional value. Your body absolutely NEEDS carbohydrates and protein to run. To be honest, I'd suggest that instead of *cutting* all of that out of your diet you just *limit* it. You lose weight by burning more calories than you consume - not by cutting out entire food groups. You're more likely to maintain weight loss if you do it over a slower period of time (that sucks, I know), and you'll look a lot better for it. Rapid weight loss almost guarantees your losing muscle mass, and that'll just make you look flabby.
