you cant. the only way to get a pegasus is to give it medusas blood.
you cant breed pegesuses but once the horse reaches 3 years you can buy medusas blood from the black market and put wings on them. pegesuses dont produce pegusus foals

Actually you can, its just super hard. You have to do it at a certain time, on a certain day, in a certain month. And it still might not work. Its extremely hard to do. Look in the howrse FAQ for details.
