I m not sure but it should be something like this

Shannon capacity(channel capacity)

C = B Log2(1+ s/n)

C= channel capacity

B = bandwidth

S/N = signal to noise ratio in power units

as the S/n is in db , first we have to convert it.

3db= 10^3/10 = 10^0.3= 1.9926

now putting in the formula

C = 300log2(1+ 1.9926)

C = 474.81 bps
