Which colour tie suit on white shirt?

because black pinstripe pants are neutral colors you should be able to wear almost any color shirt, brighter looks better because it makes you look more outgoing, fresh and and just all-over better. But whatever you do don't wear a striped shirt no matter what the color is. Having stripes on your upper body and lower is considered tacky, a little too matchy.
