How do you get all torn pages in kingdom hearts?

one is in Disney castle in the library, one is in the crystal cavern (right before the big heartless war), one is in the pridelands in the oasis, and one is in the tower in Agrabah (note that you can only get this one the second time you visit agrabah), then you take all of them back to Merlin's place.
