What brand of laptops is good for engineering students?

See I myself is a student of electrical engineering at a govt. engineering college in India. Well it was too difficult for me too to figure out which laptop I should buy. I have selected some laptops , u can pick up anyone of these based on the price Rs. 10,000-20,000 go for Wipro ego minilaptops Rs. 20,000-30,000 go for Acer aspire laptops based on dual core processor. Rs. 30,000-40,000 U can choose HCL leaptops, they are great value for money. Rs. 40,000-50,000 Go for Sony Vaio VGN series laptops they cost around 45,000 and have core2duo processor. Rs. 50,000-60,000 choose DELL studio 15 - its the best fit for any job. I have this one. Its a fast and responsive laptop with high-definition WLED screen, 512MB graphics card,4GB RAM,500 GB HDD and slot drive. I am loving it. Its Wi-fi capability is superb.We have around 3,500 laptops in our college of different makes. I have compared mine with all others. Mine is the best.......everyone accepts that. Rs. 60,000-70,000 DELL XPS . They are even better than studio laaptops but are quiet costly for a student. beyond 70,000 I have no idea coz i never thought of purchasing a laptop in this range.
