Where are the Staple singers now in 2017?

As of 2017, the Staple Singers, a legendary American gospel, soul, and R&B group, have largely disbanded following the passing of family member and lead singer Mavis Staples’ father, Roebuck "Pops" Staples, in 2000. Mavis Staples continues to perform and tour as a solo artist, celebrating the group’s legacy while also releasing new music.
