How do you put in a coolant plug behind motor-mount?

if you can't reach the plug or the motor mount is in the way. you are going to have to take that mount off, just put a Jack under the moter and raise the jack just enough to hold the engine in the height it is already in. because if you don't the engine will fall couple of inches and will be difficult to put back
