Why do girls find other women attractive?

why do some women like blonde guys and other women like guys with darker hair? when you look at a person, there are certain features, that when present, trigger your brain to release certain chemicals. when these chemicals are released, attraction is present. it is not something you can consciously control. it is simply a response by your brain/body to that person. when i look at my girlfriend, i see her full lips, piercing blue eyes, and the soft curves of her body, and that draws me to her.
