To start with, STDs (including HIV) can be spread through unprotected anal sex. Just like it can through vaginal sex! But one of you must HAVE the STD in order to spread it that way. It doesn't "magically" appear just because you ejaculated in her butt.

But there is also the fact of "poop" that the first guy brought up. That can gross a lot of people out, including me (and I'm a gay guy). The only way to be sure that stuff is cleared out from there, is to use an enima to flush it out. Like at least a couple of times to make sure its clear. That's what they do to all the women and men who take it up there in porn movies. Otherwise you'd probably see stuff that would turn off most people.

Or better yet just use a condom since it helps protect from all that is mentioned above.
