Predict effects on a population if some of the animals in the community are scarce or if there are too many?

Wildlife-wise, if there was too many, it depends on what type of life there is there. Grass and plant consuming animals can have a effect on the community if it depends on plants and agriculture. Wildlife that deplete the source of farming products by consuming them would give the community a bad economy.

If there wasn't enough, a commutiy depending on fur-trading and meat would deplete in both economy and health of the community. It would depend on what the community depends on to be prosperous, and how it is uses the animal wildlife.
