What is the difference between draw and tie?

In a test match, a draw and tie are completely different.

Draw:Undecided result.

Tie: Second team makes the same score AND all wickets lost.

Only two ties have occurred in the 2,000 Tests played since 1877. The first was in 1960 and the second in 1986.
