How do you create a youtube account after saying you are to young?

If you are under the age of 13, then you should not be creating a YouTube account, according to its terms of service. Although, if you created an account but accidentally entered the wrong birthday and you are or are over 13, then you should be able to create an account by closing your current window and attempting to create the account again.
