Who pays the bills for a pregnant 18 year old not covered by parents insurance?

If you live in the US... you are an adult, which means you're responsible for your own bills. With that said, if you have no source of income (and if that's the case, find a job) or you're low-income, you can apply for governmental assistance and if you qualify the taxpayers get to pay it for you.
