What is the front factory rim size for a Honda 450 ES foreman quad?

I have a 2004 foreman ES.

Front rims are 12 x 6 and the rear 12 x 7.5

Let me know what you paid for them as Im chasing a new set to replace mine as there pretty rusty due to salt water.
