How many people saw Jesus ascend into heaven?

According to The Bible, the book of Acts 1:9-11 states that there were eleven apostles present when Jesus ascended into heaven. This event took place 40 days after his resurrection. Therefore, it is believed that there were eleven witnesses to Jesus' ascension into heaven.
