I would not want to offend anyone so I'll say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you love your dog then no matter what it looks like you won't think it's ugly.

It is just a matter of opinion. However, there is a competition called "World's Ugliest Dog" which is held each year and Chinese Crests have won more than any other breed of dog.
