How do you tell if someone has low self-esteem?

Hmm..there are different symptoms.

• When a person is a bully or thinks he/or she is incharge and is all that.
• When a person trys to put someone else down and it makes them feel good

There are also other symptoms but yeah. Thats what i know :)
