Yes, you may send registered mail to the credit bureau, however, almost all addresses for disputes and communication with the credit bureaus are through specific P.O. Boxes.

What will happen is the post office will put a standard USPS registered mail receipt note in the P.O. Box and the individual from the organization who collects the mail from the P.O. Box will need to sign for the registered mail that you sent. The company likely has procedures and will collect all registered mail on a periodic basis so as not to waste time for one or two notices.

If you are disputing a part of your credit record, all of the credit bureaus would prefer if you do so online as the process is faster and is tracked online.
