Which continents are in both the Eastern and the Western Hemispheres?

The division between Eastern and Western hemispheres is usually accepted as the 0 and 180 degrees lines of longitude, running through Greenwich (London) and between Russia and Alaska.

This makes a small part of Europe and Africa in the Western Hemisphere, and half of Antarctica. A tiny bit of Asia (part of Russia) is in the Western hemisphere too.
