first, you could tell her some of her qualities, girls love to hear compliments but first make sure that you have an idea if she likes you too. if you receive the obvious signs then go for it. but if you're unsure maybe hesitate a little while to try and find out. but when asking a girl out you should probably say it to her face rather than texting or writing a e-mail/note. she'll appreciate that you had the courage to ask her properly. good look :D
