How long after adding Cyanuric Acid can you swim?

After pre-mixing cyanuric acid in a bucket with luke warm pool water (preferably), it's not a bad idea to wait at least an hour so it has time to properly mix throughtout the pool but if someone were to have a patient factor of lets say a 2 year old and jumped right in the worst that would happen may be some slight irritation but to this day I have not heard of this happening to anyone.
