Where to find that jelly like glue that stick on back of credit cards for mailing?

It's called "fugitive glue."

I don't know about "fugitive glue" I do know that rubber cement will act the same way if allowed ro air-dry. Use it in a well-ventilated place. It stinks while it's wet.
