You can take it as often or in the dose your Dr prescribed but if your looking for illicit use then if you've never taken it b4 you can take 10-15mg for desired effect every 2-4 hours. just don't exceed 4000mg 4g of accetiminophen (Tylenol) a day and you'll be fine the dose that is lethal is 10 000mg 10g but anything above 4g can be damaging.
