Why is dropping litter bad for the environment?

Dropping litter is bad for the environment because the wild life like

• ducks get their heads stuck in the plastic rings from cans that people just drop on to the floor.
• horses suffocate on plastic bags left to rot in Fields by uncaring people.
• swans and geese get stuck in bicycles and shopping trolleys that people just throw in rivers and streams.

Some people just don't care about wildlife.

plus the fact that I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't want to walk around with like a mile high of rubbish on either side of you.
