How should you tell your mom about wetting your bed at age 14?

Well first I want to say that at your age their is nothing to be embarrassed about here. I was A full time bed wetter till I was over the age of 19 and I am 25 and still to this day I have my nights where I still wet myself. You think your mom will be mad at you for something you cant control but she wont be. I had to tell my mom when I was around 9 so here is a few ways you can go about doing this. If you don't feel comfortable about telling her fact to face you can send her an email before you leave for school and when you get home from school she might talk to you about it. You can leave her a letter telling her whats been going on or you can sit down with her when she has nothing going on and if their are other people in the house ask your mom to come up to your room or some where you can be alone and talk to her. Tell her you have been having some problems at night and they you have been wetting the bed and that you don't know why its been going on and that you would like go to go to the doctor to be checked out and that you don't like to wake up in a wet bed and you would like to get some protection like goodnites or underjams.
